The location is perfect for walking to shop, attractions and restaurants.
The staff never answered the phone at the front desk any of the times we called from the room. There were cobwebs and spider webs along with French fries in the vent for the heating and cooling unit. The room never cooled off even though with had it set on the coolest temperature as high as it would go. We had reservations for about two months prior to the date of our vacation but no one bothered to let us know prior to arrival that the indoor pool was not in working order due to the heater going out. When we asked for a discount at departure due to that fact we were informed there was a $250 fine because they were no longer a "pet friendly" hotel. What a joke! Several of the staff commented on how cute our furry babies were and there were numerous other guests there with their dogs. That was their way of getting out of compensating us for a nasty, hot room, lack luster service and no pool.

location! The most important reason this hotel was selected was due to it being right in the middle of the parkway.
I requested a KING bed and it was confirmed. However when I checked in I was given two doubles......when I questioned the front desk, they advised me that none were available.

Location
I thought the price was to much for the quality of the room itself. Pictures are misleading.

The friendly lady at the front desk. The motel was very clean. Seems to be an older motel and seems like they really try to take care of it. Size of room was good and good pillows :?) Thank you.
The outside of our area needs to be updated. When driving up to the rear area you look at each other and say on no!!! We were in the rear area. To our surprise the inside was very clean and rooms were a good size.

location and clean
I reserved the room via internet. And requested a smoking rook. The room was in the absolute very back of the lodge and no smoking.

We like the sitting area in front to people watch.
Rough around the edges. The air conditioning quit the first night there. That did get fixed. The coffee maker quit the second day. It was replaced. We never did get internet service which is one of the reasons we booked Four Seasons. I think the rooms could have been updated. We didn't like the barking dogs at all. No sleep at night because of the barking.

The location is the best in Gatlinburg. Liked sitting on the front porch and liked the balcony. Room was very good sized. Having frig was nice.
The condition of the facilities is very poor and common areas are very dirty. a little elbow grease and some cleaning and painting and you could have the premiere place on the strip. The bones and location are great but the upkeep is sad.

The location was perfect! You could walk right to strip in a matter of seconds(depending on your room). Ours was in the very back but we were still 2 minute walk from the strip. The room was very roomy and deff worth the money we spent with booking our room with Booked.net. It was very clean and we had no problems. The front desk staff was excellent and helped us pick out a few trails for us to walk on while we were there. Our balcony was nice and gave us a great view to look at.
We didn't need any housekeeping services while we were there for our short weekend and I am a very private person and I hate when people come into our room when we don't ask, especially because I had my wallet and laptop in the room. We never put a sign on the door for housekeeping and we came back after a day on the strip with our room semi-clean so if you don't want housekeeping make sure you specify with the front desk. Other than that, we had a great time and we will be booking with them again on our next trip!

We have stayed at the Four Seasons several times, even before the name was Four Seasons, however this hotel needs renovations. The staff is great! The owners need to take care of the property better. The carpets made are feet black in minutes, things are outdated and just gross. I am sorry for this review but not happy with location anymore. After are 2 nights were up we stayed in Pidgeon Fordge to finish our vacation. Please think about renovating this location. Other customers were talking about the same thing.
The carpets were so dirty there are gross. Everything is falling apart

Obviously an older facility. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Location is big plus, right in the middle of town on the main drag. The terrace in the front is enjoyable to sit and relax.
Toilet seat was broken.
